Tera Tasavvur

The idea of love permeates space and time and is known to transcend all barriers. True love culminates in the feeling of complete surrender and oneness with the supreme creator as one's most beloved. 'Tera Tasavvur - An Imagination' is a lyrical garland of eight enchanting songs which depict the myriad hues of human emotions, with love being the common thread binding them together. Pangs of separation, sorrow, hope, desire and passion are some of the prominent emotions potrayed in these songs. While some songs are based on classical Ragas, some are sung in the Sufi style, some recreate the romance of the Ghazal, and some a pleasant sample of fusion. The innately melodious voice of Samarjit brings alive the emotions conveyed in the songs creating its own niche in the heart of the listener.
