Q. How do I place my order ?
You can simple choose the albums/tracks that you want to buy, and they will get added to your Cart. Once you have chosen all that you want to purchase, go to your cart, here you can even edit your order.
When you view your cart, you will see the option of signing in on the right side. If you have already registered, just enter your login details to sign in, otherwise you can directly sign up for your account from here.
If you are buying for the first time, you need to give your shipping and billing details. However, if you are a returning customer your details will automatically get filled in with the last details which you provided. All your addresses get saved and you can choose any of the previous addresses from select another address option.
After entering your shipping and billing details, click continue at the bottom right side of the cart. It will show you shipment method used for your order delivery, payment details and payment gateway (secured). Simply check out from here.
You have successfully placed your order. You will receive an email from our side, giving details about your order like order number, shipping details, billing details, ordered items, payment option etc. Your order status in this email will be pending by default. This is payment status. Now only payment is left.
Q. How to make payment of my order ?
After your check-out, you are redirected to payment gateway as shown in your cart/email. Payment gateway for customers from foreign countries is PayPal and that for India is CC Avenue.
If you already have an account with PayPal/CC Avenue, you can directly choose the option given at the top to log in to your account and make the payment.
In case you do not have any account with PayPal/CC Avenue, you would need to fill in the form to proceed and make the payment.
After you have successfully made the payment, you will be redirected to www.mysticamusic.com and you will also receive confirmation email.
In case your payment fails, it could be due to any of the following reasons -
1. Issuing bank does not allow internet payments.
2. Visa, Mastercard, or Amex declined the transaction.
3. Card type not recognized.
4. Incorrect details entered on credit card form.
5. Expired Credit Card.
6. Insufficient funds or limitations on usage of the funds.
7. Transaction not approved by fraud screening system.
8. Invalid Card.
Q. Where can I find collection of digital tracks I have bought ?
All the digital tracks that you have purchased are stored in Digital Tracks section of your account. You can download them from here. This is your personalised digital gallery of your tracks.
Q. How can I check my order status ?
You can check the payment status of your order in My Orders section of your account. It will show you status as pending in case the payment has not been made yet and confirm in case the payment has been processed successfully. This section stores details of all your previous order and you can also re-order from here directly in case of payment failure.
Q. When will I get my ordered cd's ?
Every order is shipped within 48 hrs of its payment confirmation.
In India it takes 3 to 5 business days to deliver the package.
International orders take 7 to 12 days for delivery.
