Moving Meditation

According to my experience Shwason ka Vigyan has to be done after morning yoga and pranayam. Becauase at that time my body is prepared to sit in meditation. With every breath I go deep within, the mind goes in a thoughtless state as I hold the breath. Rest of the day, I try so see my own body involved in doing diff. work and the breath. As I become aware of my breath it goes deeper automatically. Its all feel like moving meditation. Pay my regards to Pujya Gurudev and thank you very much.
